By accessing and using the Zentira Studio website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Zentira Studio provides digital marketing, web development, branding, and related services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables specifically created for them. Zentira Studio retains ownership of pre-existing materials, tools, and methodologies. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
Zentira Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
